1. Product Description:
The LAN-WDM laser diodes are DFB lasers with 1295.56nm and multiple quantum well (MQW) structures, respectively. The laser diode is housed in a hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package that contains a TEC, thermistor, monitor PD, and opto-isolator. We also have full customer selection of output power, package type and SM fiber, PM fiber and other special fibers. This module follows 10~20mW high output. Telcordia GR-468-CORE is required and RoHS compliant.
