1. Product Description:

The LAN-WDM laser diodes are 1273.55nm, 1277.89nm, 1282.26nm, 1286.66nm, 1291.10nm, 1295.56nm, 1300.05nm, 1304.58nm, 1309.14nm, and multi-quantum well (MQW) DFB lasers. The laser diode is housed in a hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package that contains a TEC, thermistor, monitor PD, and opto-isolator. We also have full customer selection of output power, package type and SM fiber, PM fiber and other special fibers. This module follows 10~20mW high output. Telcordia GR-468-CORE is required and RoHS compliant.
