1. Description:
The BFLD-1064-60PM-FA 1064nm laser module adopts a planar structure with on-chip subcarriers. The high-power chip is sealed in an epoxy-free and flux-free 14-pin butterfly package and is equipped with a thermistor, thermoelectric cooler, and monitoring diode.
The BFLD-1064-60PM-FA 1064nm laser provides a noise-free narrowband spectrum even at varying temperature, drive current, and optical feedback. Wavelength selection is suitable for applications that require the highest spectral control performance with the highest available power. The module meets Telcordia GR-468-CORE requirements.
